About The Artist a.k.a. Uni, Eunice Ortegon holds a B.A. from UCSD which was put to good use in the Environmental industry. Facing the dilemna of balancing an office based career and motherhood, Her friends & coworkers encouraged her to pursue artistic endeavors and Follow her dream.

This resulted in Uni entering the print industry and graphic design while continuing to paint murals & raise her amazing kids.

Having creative outlets in both the print and mural worlds resulted in a multidisiplinary approach which draws strengths from one artistic Field to the other.

very important for a happy life! Uni has enjoyed giving time from sand sculpting in Portland's Sand in the City, to giving graphic design for Vancouver's Southwest Washington Center for the Arts; and helping organizations like The Hough Foundation, Uptown Village's Chalk on the Walk, and many other family events.

Murals and wall finishes begin with a session to discuss and brainstorm initial ideas. A second session occurs allowing the client to approve one of the proposed choices. Then, a final full color painting is provided for approval. Once the mural begins, it takes only days until completion in your home or business establishment.
